What does a bathroom renovation cost on the Gold Coast?
There's no single number, because every bathroom is different. The cost depends mostly on the size of the room, whether the layout or plumbing is moving, and the tiles, fixtures and fittings you choose.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most take around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the size, the scope and how long the tiles and fixtures take to arrive. Ben will give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.
Do I need council approval to renovate my bathroom?
Usually not for a like-for-like internal renovation, but it can depend on the work, especially if walls or plumbing are being moved. Ben can tell you what applies to your project.
Can I use my home while the bathroom is being renovated?
Yes, in most cases. The rest of the house stays usable, and if it's your only bathroom Ben will talk you through the options before work starts.
Do you handle the plumbing, electrical and tiling?
Yes. We manage our trusted network of licensed tradespeople, so you have one point of contact instead of chasing separate trades.
Can you renovate an ensuite or just the main bathroom?
Both, plus powder rooms and laundries. The process is the same: a site visit, a written quote, and Ben overseeing the work.
